Itinerary

DAY 1 – Welcome to India: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, you will be greeted by your personal More India Travels representative and transferred to your luxury hotel. After check-in, enjoy time to relax after your international flight.

Depending on your arrival time, you may take a leisurely walk through the elegant colonial district of Connaught Place or enjoy a welcome dinner featuring authentic North Indian cuisine.

DAY 2 – Discover the Two Faces of Delhi

After breakfast, begin your exploration of India's fascinating capital. Visit the grand Jama Masjid, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Chandni Chowk by rickshaw, admire Raj Ghat, and drive past the Red Fort.

Continue to New Delhi to visit Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and the beautiful Lotus Temple.

DAY 3 – Fly to Udaipur: The City of Lakes

Morning flight to Udaipur.

Visit the magnificent City Palace overlooking Lake Pichola, stroll through the colorful old city, and enjoy a private sunset boat cruise with spectacular views of the Lake Palace and Jag Mandir.

DAY 4 – Udaipur: Royal Grandeur & Local Life

Explore Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon Ki Bari, and the Vintage Car Museum before visiting local artisan workshops where traditional miniature paintings and handcrafted textiles are created.

The afternoon is free to enjoy your luxury hotel or indulge in an optional spa treatment.

DAY 5 – Udaipur to Jodhpur via Ranakpur

Travel through the scenic Aravalli Hills to the remarkable Jain Temples of Ranakpur, renowned for their exquisite marble carvings.

Continue to Jodhpur, known as the Blue City.

In the evening, visit the lively Clock Tower Market.

Overnight: Jodhpur


DAY 6 – Jodhpur to Pushkar

Visit the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada before driving to Pushkar.

Explore the sacred lake surrounded by more than 400 temples and experience the peaceful atmosphere of one of India's oldest pilgrimage towns.

Witness the evening prayer ceremony along the ghats.

DAY 7 – Pushkar to Jaipur

After breakfast, drive to Jaipur.

Visit the colorful local bazaars and enjoy a traditional Rajasthani dinner with folk music and dance.

DAY 8 – Jaipur: The Pink City

Visit Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory, and the iconic Hawa Mahal.

Discover Jaipur's vibrant artisan workshops specializing in gemstones, block printing, and handmade textiles.

Overnight: Jaipur


DAY 9 – Jaipur to Agra

Drive towards Agra, stopping at the fascinating abandoned Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri.

Continue to Agra.

In the evening, admire the Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh at sunset.

DAY 10 – Sunrise at the Taj Mahal

Experience one of the world's most iconic monuments at sunrise, when the changing light creates unforgettable reflections on the white marble.

Later visit Agra Fort and the exquisite Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, often called the "Baby Taj."

Overnight: Agra


DAY 11 – Agra • Jhansi by Train • Orchha • Khajuraho

Board the comfortable Shatabdi Express to Jhansi.

Upon arrival, visit the medieval town of Orchha, where magnificent palaces, cenotaphs, and temples stand almost untouched by time.

Continue by private vehicle to Khajuraho.

DAY 12 – Khajuraho

Spend the day exploring the UNESCO-listed Western and Eastern Group of Temples, admired worldwide for their extraordinary architecture and intricate stone carvings.

In the afternoon, visit nearby rural villages for an authentic glimpse into everyday Indian life.

Optional: Ayurvedic massage or a visit to Raneh Falls.

DAY 13 – Khajuraho to Varanasi

Take a short domestic flight (or train, depending on schedule) to Varanasi.

DAY 14 – Sunrise on the Ganges

Begin your day with a sunrise boat ride along the sacred River Ganges, observing pilgrims performing ancient rituals.

Visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sarnath, local silk weaving workshops, and the bustling old city.

Farewell dinner.

DAY 15 – Fly to Delhi & Departure
