Khajuraho to Varanasi
A direct flight will be used when operating. If no suitable service is available, we will propose the most comfortable alternative using a flight, train, private vehicle or an adjusted overnight arrangement.
Varanasi to Delhi
An economy-class flight will reduce the travel time between Varanasi and Delhi. An overnight stay near Delhi Airport provides a comfortable buffer before the journey to Nepal.
Delhi to Kathmandu
A suitable scheduled flight will be selected according to availability. Your confirmed proposal will show the airline, flight timing, fare conditions and checked-baggage allowance.
Important: Airline and railway schedules can change. Flight fares and baggage allowances depend on the carrier and booking class. Any included transport will be clearly identified in your final quotation before payment.

India and Nepal Entry Requirements
India and Nepal have separate immigration and entry requirements. Travelers must verify the rules applicable to their nationality before departure.
Passport and Travel Documents
Your passport must meet the validity and blank-page requirements of both countries. Names on all reservations must match the passport exactly.
Arrival Accommodation
For flights arriving shortly after midnight or early in the morning, a hotel room from the previous night can be added for immediate check-in.
Train and Flight Schedules
Services are subject to schedule changes. Exact train numbers, flight sectors, timings and booking classes will be confirmed before booking.
Baggage Allowances
Domestic and regional flights may have lower baggage allowances than long-haul international flights. Excess baggage is not included unless stated.
Khajuraho to Varanasi
The direct flight may not operate every day or throughout the year. A suitable alternative will be arranged if it is unavailable.
Taj Mahal Closure
The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. The Agra sightseeing sequence will be adjusted if your travel dates include a Friday.
Varanasi Boat Ride
Boat rides depend on river levels, visibility, weather and instructions from local authorities. An alternative experience will be offered when necessary.
Religious Sites
Modest clothing is recommended. Shoes may need to be removed, and photography can be restricted inside temples and other sacred areas.
Pashupatinath Access
Only Hindus may enter the innermost Pashupatinath temple. Other visitors can explore the permitted areas and observe the complex from designated viewpoints.
Walking and Accessibility
Historic sites may include steps, uneven surfaces and areas inaccessible to vehicles. Tell us about mobility requirements before confirming the itinerary.
Festival and Seasonal Supplements

We will recommend the most comfortable available alternative, which may use another flight, a train, private transport or an adjusted overnight stop. The final route will be agreed with you before booking.
Which train class is used between Agra and Jhansi?
Reserved seats are arranged in a suitable air-conditioned class, subject to availability. The exact train, departure time and booking class will appear in your confirmed itinerary.
Is the boat ride in Varanasi guaranteed?
The boat ride is subject to river levels, weather, visibility and local authority instructions. If boating is suspended, your guide will provide an appropriate alternative experience along the ghats.
Can non-Hindus visit Pashupatinath?
Non-Hindu visitors can explore the permitted areas and view much of the complex from designated locations. Entry to the innermost temple is restricted to Hindus.
What is the best time for this India and Nepal tour?
October to March generally offers comfortable conditions across much of this route. April can also be suitable but warmer in India. Weather varies between the Indian plains and Kathmandu Valley, so we will advise you according to your dates.
Is the itinerary suitable for families and older travelers?
Yes. We can adjust walking distances, sightseeing hours and the overall pace. Some historic sites include steps and uneven surfaces, so please tell us about mobility considerations before booking.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Can I extend the journey in Nepal?

Why is there an overnight stay in Delhi before Kathmandu?
The Delhi stay provides a comfortable buffer between the domestic flight from Varanasi and the international flight to Kathmandu. It reduces the risk and stress of relying on a short same-day connection.
