Overview

The luxury of time has become a rare component with the increasing workload these days. Well, that doesn't mean you give up on your Ladakh dream. Sweeping valleys, barren mountains, blue lakes, and age-old monasteries;

Ladakh is a traveler's dream destination.

Ladakh in the Tibetan language means land of high passes and is often referred to as Little Tibet. This high altitude Himalayan desert is a region west of Tibet and falls in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, Northern India. This unique and beautifully landscaped land of Lamas and monasteries is sandwiched between the Karakoram mountain range to the north and the Himalayas to the south. The capital of the Ladakh region is Leh that happens to be the largest district of India and falls on the traditional silk route artery.

The rugged mountains of earthy colors, emerald blue high-altitude lakes, and the World's highest motorable passes make it one of the most preferred destinations among the adventure enthusiasts.

Leh city, Stok Palace, Nubra Valley, Pangong Tso Lake, Khardungla Pass, and a number of ancient monasteries make it a mystical and mythical destination - a must-do in everyone's bucket list who is looking at offbeat destinations!
